At the Spa you can choose from a variety of body elixirs and body rituals based on the principals of aromatherapy.  Some of the treatments on offer include refining facials, body polish’s, therapeutic massage, and steam baths.  There is also a fully equipped gym with personal trainers offering tailored fitness programs including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation.
