Golf Course

The Empires, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed, 7,029 yard golf course is one of the best and most exclusive in Asia.  Its tight fairways, cliffs and ravines and large bunkers provide a challenging game for those wishing to embark on a round during their visit to this resort and country club.  The front nine holes over look the ocean from high ground and provide breathtaking views of the South China Sea, while the back nine reach all the way to the sea.  Its signature 15^th hole takes you right along the beach, hugging the coastline and testing you with its sprawling bunkers.

The Empire Hotels golf course is Brunei’s most challenging and memorable golf experience and is played by some of the world's leading professionals.

At nighttime the course is lit up by floodlights allowing players to continue into the night and an abundance of wildlife constantly delights the newcomer. A resident golf professional is also available for individual and group coaching and the facility also includes a driving range and putting green.

Kids Club

The Empire welcomes families. The E Kids Club makes sure your children enjoy their holiday as much as you do. Playtime, Fun projects, and exciting educational activities are just some of the ways the professional staff at the E Kids Club will keep the children entertained. A children’s pool with waterslide will ensure they have hours of fun in the water and come back worn out at the end of the day. Excursions

The hotel staff can help you arrange a number of excursions should you decide that you wish to venture outside its superb grounds.  They can help you organize a trek in the Rainforests of Borneo or arrange a dive expedition to one of Brunei’s world class diving locations.  If you would prefer to learn more about the culture of Brunei then the staff will arrange a tour of on of Brunei’s water Villages or a visit to one of the countries shimmering Mosques with are Brunei’s architectural masterpieces.
