Flexible staffi ng options available, including butler and nanny service. All suites have commanding views of Lake Okareka and the surrounding countryside.

TOTAL SUITES:	5 SUITES. Four luxury, with individual en suite facilities, air-conditioning/heating controls & DVD with plasma screens. Balcony’s and views of Native gardens and Lake Okareka. One Executive suite which features lounge, spa bath, private office, computer and walk in wardrobe, Extensive decks encompassing views of Lake Okareka and the great Mount Tarawera.

BED CONFIGURATION:	All suites super king. However 2 suites are king splits.

INCLUSIONS:	Pre dinner drinks, 4 course dinner, accommodation, gourmet breakfast. Rotorua airport transfers.

CHILD POLICY:	As property is ONLY sold on an exclusive use basis- children welcome as part of this policy. Per person rates apply.

ACTIVITIES OFF SITE:	Golf, Mountain Biking, Forest walks, 4 Wheel driving, scenic flights and fishing boat trips from the private jetty, shopping. Private Tour guides.

BY ARRANGEMENT:	Lunch and all off site excursions.

PLEASE NOTE:

The resort can accommodate up to 10 guests, however it is an “exclusive” luxury resort and will accept just one booking per night – be it 2 or 10 persons.

GUESTS BOOKING THE PROPERTY WILL HAVE OKAREKA LAKE HOUSE ON AN EXCLUSIVE USE BASIS. NO FURTHER RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THOSE DATES.
