Villa Nina (2 Bedrooms)
Villa Nina is spread over about seven thousand square-feet of total space and has just two splendid bedrooms as well as a spa pool and a swimming pool and a beautiful Valcucine kitchen/ bar and dining area. The master bedroom suite offers his and hers walk-in dressing rooms and Villa Nina bathrooms are tiled in white gold with double cascade showers into plunge pools.

Big Beach House Frangipani (3 Bedrooms)
Located on the stunning beach, this beautiful home is perfect to enjoy with family and friends. This fabulous villa offers spacious living areas as well as a swimming pool, a Spa Pool, terraces and gardens. Frangipani also comes with a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a perfect view to wake up to.

James Suite (1 Bedroom)
This diamond-sharp exceptionally spacious suite sits right on the water’s edge. Its luxuriously large bathroom with sunken bath and double cascade shower adjoin a lovely designer bedroom with handcrafted furniture. The suite takes full advantage of one of the greatest ocean views in the Caribbean which can be seen looking over the private pool, deck and spa pool.

The Howard Hughes Loft Suite (1 Bedroom)
Situated on top of the iconic main house, this suite has three terraces and a stunning 360° view of
the bay, king size bed, kitchenette, dining area, spacious living area and 2 copper clad bathrooms.

Waterlily (1 Bedroom)
Waterlily House sits on the beach front with a large terrace and an infinity pool on the water’s edge. The interior is centered on the bedroom, with separate kitchenette and bathroom. A Spa Pool on the rear terrace with gardens offers complete privacy.

Jasmine, Ixora (2 Bedrooms) & Orchid (1 Bedroom)
The newest accommodations at Eden Rock offering 1 and 2 bedroom split level houses on the private beach overlooking the ocean. All of these homes offer spacious living areas, kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, Spa Pool, terraces and gardens surrounding the properties.

Premium Suites Ocean View:
Garbo Suite (1 Bedroom)
Themed is an old glamour 1930’s Hollywood style – perched on a rock with spectacular views, the room centers on an enormous hand-made bed of hardwood and beautifully dimpled white deer run leather. A Philippe Stark bathroom, large private balcony with far reaching views of the ocean and Fregate Island.

Fregate Suite (1 Bedroom)
Split level suite with large bedroom, bathroom and sitting room on the lower level leading to a large sea facing balcony with a further private terrace with Spa Pool.

Harbour House (2 Bedrooms - 1 suite & 1 cabin)
This suite has been decorated with the personal touch of the owner. There is one balcony looking south towards the beach of St Jean and one private courtyard garden with a basin. Underneath the suite is Spencer’s cabin which is ideal for children.

Michael’s Suite (1 Bedroom)
This luxurious suite sits at the foot of the rock with large terraces overlooking the ocean. Designed by Philippe Hurel in warm Caribbean shades of orange with rich woods. This suite has a sitting room, dressing room, bathroom, terrace and private spa pool.

Fontaine Suite (2 Bedrooms - 1 suite & 1 cabin)
This suite has been joined with Case à Vent Cabin to create a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. A very private suite which includes an delightful walled garden terrace with its own private pool. Including a main bedroom as well as an adjacent cabin accommodating 2 single beds with bathroom make it an ideal suite for families.

Classic Rock Suites Ocean View (1 Bedroom)
These classic suites are ocean facing situated on the rock, all individually designed by the owner. All these suites have ensuite bathrooms, private terraces and are decorated with fine fabrics, antique furniture and original paintings throughout.

Contemporary Beach Rooms (1 Bedroom)
The Beach Rooms are located in the newly constructed split level Plantation Houses on Eden Rocks private beach. All rooms have terraces or balconies with views over the beach and out to the ocean. The rooms are furnished in the new classic contemporary Eden Rock Style, with bursts of colour.

Garden Cottages (1 Bedroom)
Close to the sea, set back from the Eden Rock beach, these charming cottages have a four poster bed, bathroom and open terraces.
