Villa Horizon is a luxury private villa located on the hillside of St Jean on the island of St Barts in the Caribbean. It offers seclusion and the ultimate in luxury for your tropical getaway.

This luxury private paradise consists of two separate buildings. One building is the master suite with a private bathroom and spa, full kitchen and terrace. The second building has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a full kitchen and a covered open air living room. The villa is air-conditioned through out. There is a very large terrace with several areas for lounging and spacious and comfortable chairs and lounges to relax in.

Upon your arrival at Villa Horizon you are greeted with two bottles of deluxe champagne which is repeated weekly – there is also a complimentary gourmet basket in each bedroom.

The owner-builder's passion for detail is expressed by many unusual features, including property-wide satellite television distribution, sub-aquatic sound system, individually adjustable air conditioning, a thermostatically heated pool, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, and collector-quality furnishings, including objets d'art. Other fantastic amenities at the villa include a games room (with pool table and ping pong table), a pool house with exercise equipment and hammocks, and state of the art sound system. All bedrooms have TV sets and a DVD player and a phone, as well as their own private ensuite. Internet is also available free of charge.

A housekeeper is included in the price and does complete cleaning in the morning and night preparation in the evening. Upon request the house keeper will cook and serve meals at an extra cost.

There are also two parking areas that can accommodate up to 10 cars, and a refrigerated wine cellar which can contain up to 60 bottles.

There is a current service charge of 10% which is not included in the listed rates.

There is a fitness area with an exercise (Orbit), treadmill and hammock in the pool house. The game room has a Pool table/ping pong table located just off the entry way. Along with multiple board games. A TV and large bar surround the open kitchen. There is also a beautiful pool with a pool house. The beach at St Jean is only 3 minutes away and the shops and town are only 5 minutes away.
