The Villa itself is approximately 1,000 square meters in size and offers accommodation for up to 16 people. The owners have spared no expense in its creation and the luxury villa is a unique contemporary design. The roof of the villa is an open circled window to the sky. The staircase swirling around the home is handmade from metal and wood and blends perfectly with the wooden floor. All of the bathrooms are finished in the most beautiful marbles of Europe and the house is fitted out with contemporary Italian furniture.

Villa Faros offers guests outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, a sauna, a dance studio, several living areas, lift access to all floors, a state of the art entertainment and sound system and six bedrooms with balconies and stunning views. The estate has a large vegetable garden which is maintained throughout the year. Guests are welcome to pick their own grapes, pomegranates, melon, watermelon, strawberries, limes, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, potatoes, and much more. A live in house keeper is on hand all day and a local cook will come to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. A private chef can also be arranged upon request.

There are two swimming pools, an outdoor infinity sea water pool, and an indoor pool, which is heated in the winter. There is also a sauna. The villa rental also comes with a private sea ray boat, equipped with water sports equipment for water skiing, wakeboarding or tubing, which can be used, with driver, at extra charge. Snorkeling equipment and two kayaks are also provided.
