The Point Resort is an enchanting and luxurious lakefront retreat located on Saranac Lake in New York state. The luxurious hideaway contains eleven individual guest quarters spread among four buildings, each with their own unique style. Each room boasts unobstructed lake views, custom-made beds and a luxurious private bath as well as a huge fireplace of chiseled stone.
Your stay at the Point Resort will include three meals of the finest world class cuisine, which can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room or in the Great Hall with other guests.
The Point provides a setting ideal for group outings, be they social or corporate. In Summer the vast lake offers the opportunity to sail, trek, go canoeing or simply sit and reflect. In Winter the magnificent snow-covered landscape provides a backdrop for skiing, skating and ice fishing.

Rates are fully inclusive of all meals, all of which take into account guests dietary restrictions and food allergies. Every meal you have at The Point will have been specially prepared, made from ingredients flown in from as far away as Scotland. There is no menu and guests sit down together, family-style, for lunch and dinner. If you prefer, you may dine in front of the fireplace in your room, or have a picnic lunch packed for you to take on a hike or canoe trip. In the morning, a continental breakfast is delivered to your room, or a cooked-to-order breakfast to your table in the Great Hall. In Summer guests can enjoy water skiing, lake swimming, tennis, sunset cocktail cruises, picnics, volleyball, backyard croquet, horseshoes, badminton, hiking, fishing, boating, cycling, camping, golf , hunting and horse back riding. In Winter, cross country and downhill skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snow barbeques, antiquing and Olympic facilities can be enjoyed.
