Luxury Private Island, Round Island Resort is a brand new in 2008, exclusive villa resort located just south east of Praslin in the heart of the Seychelles archipelago in the Indian Ocean. Its stunning location is just 20 minutes by helicopter from Mahe International airport or just 10 minutes by boat from Praslin making it convenient and easy to access this private and exclusive oasis.

With three luxurious villas and one private home scattered throughout its lush tropical grounds your privacy and relaxation is ensured. Offering refined and discreet service, a private beach and accommodation that is hidden away from the rest of the world, Round Island gives its guests the chance to escape the world without sacrificing any modern convenience. The island is available for hire on a private basis or villas can be rented separately.

Each of the three villas have 165 square metres of internal floor space featuring two large bedrooms a living and dining area and a 85 square metre private terrace. The private house, hidden away on a hillside, has 300 square metres of internal space and features two large bedrooms, a large living/dining room, a kitchen and a private pool and garden area.

Round Island has several stunning beaches and is one of the best snorkeling sites in the Seychelles. With lush vegetation covering the whole of its five acres it is indeed a jewel in the string of beautiful islands surrounding its shores. Offering guests an A la carte & buffet style restaurant as well as a beach/bar restaurant and a pool bar the chef specializes in international and Creole dishes with an emphasis on fish and seafood but can cater for any tastes and preferences. The island also has an extensive wine cellar.

Private Island resort Round Island has plenty of activities to keep guests entertain throughout the vacation. The resort has its own private gym with modern, state of the art fitness equipment and a Spa Pool. There is an 18 hole golf course courtesy of the Constance Lemurla Resort in Praslin just a short boat trip away. Round Island also has Table Tennis, Beach Volleyball and Badminton. Water-sports activities include windsurfing, canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and deep sea fishing.
