Rio Chico Villa and Estate is located in Jamaica in the heart of the Caribbean. The fourteen acre seaside luxury compound is perched high atop the sparkling Caribbean waters and its two main residences offering views that will leave you spellbound.

The luxury estate has expansive gardens filled with fragrant blooms, tropical gardens, running streams and cascading waterfalls, all set on the edge of a hill side and offering panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The Estates two residences are made up of an opulent main villa and a charming guest house. Rio Chico can host up to 16 adults and two children.

Rio Chico comes with a full staff including a personal chef who will cater for all tastes, from a mouth-watering seafood banquet to favorite gourmet snacks upon request. Staff is available 24 hours a day to ensure that guests never want for a single thing.

There are many attractions and activities located in and around the villa for you to enjoy should you wish to be entertained. Jamaica offers fantastic diving and snorkeling opportunities. Fishing, water-skiing and sailing are just some of the water-sport activities available. The staff at the villa can help you organize whatever activity it is that you have in mind.

Amenities & Activites

The Villa comes with an outstanding array of amenities which include two private beaches, three freshwater rivers, two private freshwater pools, unlimited use of Sunfish Sailboat, windsurfer and paddleboat and a hot tub. Guests of the villa are also invited to the Upton Golf and Country Club to play golf until their hearts content and the fees will be covered by the villa complimentary. Also should guests desire to dine outside the villa they will be treated to a complimentary dinner at the nearby Sandals Resort?
