Bahamas luxury Nygard Cay is on 4.2 acres at the end of Lyford Cay on the island of Nassau, New Providencia. This is 22 minutes from Paradise Island, Nassau Bahamas.

Nygard Cay is owned by famous fashion designed, Peter Nygard, and it is one of the largest and breath taking multi million dollar homes in the world. There are 10 bedrooms and Nygard Cay has everything from cliff hanging bedrooms, fire breathing dragons, to exotic plants and animals.

There are also an additional two bedrooms on board the 82ft yacht which comes with the property (see photo)!

Nygard Cay has a 24 seat movie theater with 3 screens. The center screen is 20 ft. wide and there are 2 side-screens which are 10 ft. wide. They can play 1 to 3 movies simultaneously.

At Nygard Cay there are waterslides, a human aquarium and many many Spa Pools! Many craftsmen have used tons of stone to create this colossal pre-Columbian structure. There is a 32,000 ft2 grand-hall with a 100,000 lb glass ceiling. The Cay is inspired by the Mayan civilisation which had some of the finest architecture throughout the history of the world.

There is a 5% Bahamas Tax not included in the rate, and there is also a $15,000 refundable deposit required for damage to property or inventory.
