Ocean Front villas are situated on the low level and have a direct access to the beach (the only ones to accept children).

Ocean Panoramic villas are situated on the hill crest and have open stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

Our Maia Signature villas are situated on very specials spots at the property, mostly high up on the hill, some with 240 degree views over Anse Louis and Anse Boileau.

The Maia Signature (Ocean Front) villa is situated on the beach level and boasts an outdoor shower.

The Maia Signature (Ocean Panoramic) villa is situated on the hill and has private beach access.

All villas are air-conditioned, and have their own outdoor baths, swimming pools and gazebos with day beds. Of course you will also have your own private butler! The villas also contain Plasma TV, DVD player, i-Pod station, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, mini-bar, ice machine, coffee and tea facilities.
