Lia Bay Mansion has eight enormous bedrooms located in both the main and guest houses on the property. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and have either a terrace or balcony with sea views. It features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, multiple terraces and outdoor areas as well as a magnificent infinity swimming pool with an incredible view of the sea.

This attractive luxury villa has contemporary style with white interiors that are bright, spacious and have been decorated in a minimalist style with modern fittings. The elegant and simple design is offset by verdant gardens, flowers and palm trees which adorn the outdoor areas and terraces.

Lia Bay Mansion has satellite TV with plasma screen, DVD and CD player. The Villa is located just two kilometers or a five minute drive from Lia Beach and local shops. The village of Ana Mera is just five kilometers or a ten minute drive away. The Villa also offers a spectacular private infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The live in staff will provide four hours of maid service each day and Linen and towels are changed twice weekly.
