Situated only a few miles off the coast of Belize, Caye Chapel Island Resort is a true luxury Caribbean paradise and is very exclusive with magnificent seaside estate villas on the east side of the island and the 180 hole golf course on the western edge. The number of guests at one time never exceeds 50 people – but better than this you can privately hire the entire island for your exclusive use.

This golf resort covers 265 acres of pure luxury island retreat, and is a truly unique property, perfect for one who is seeking privacy, luxury, seclusion and relaxation. Features on the island include a marina which can accommodate yachts up to 140 feet, a private airstrip, 2 miles of pristine and secluded beaches, 25,000 square foot club house with a custom designed bar and restaurant, conference facilities, and a large landscaped swimming pool complex with bar.

On the island there are three different types of accommodation to choose from:

Luxury Beach front villa – located right on the beach front and are 3500 square foot villas with either 2 or 3 bedrooms and also additional adjoining rooms which can cater for any size family. Each master bedroom has Spa Pool style clubs, large walk in closets, and of course a selection of televisions and DVD players in all rooms.

Double Casita Suite – these suites are suitable for 2-4 guests, being a 2 bedroom unit 1500 square foot in size. These all have their own private verandah, TV’s and DVD players, living room, kitchenette and dining area.

Casita Junior Suite – perfect for a couple enjoying a romantic getaway, these are 750 square feet in size and have a private verandah, TV and DVD player and a large bedroom and bathroom.

Please note, the rates quoted are for private use of the entire island. However these villas and suites can be hired individually – please contact us for rates. With private use of the island, all meals are included and it entitles you to exclusive use of the entire property including the marina and golf course. Caye Chapel Island Resort can cater for up to 40 people when privately hired.

Amenities & Activites

There are a variety of on island and off island activities for you and your guests to enjoy. The first and foremost is of course the 18 hole championship golf course with unlimited golfing for you to enjoy. In addition to this there is a state of the art fitness centre, walk-out snorkeling, pier fishing, walk-out bone fishing, island lake tarpon fishing, kayaking, paddle boats, and bike riding. You can also enjoy the tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Or try something different like crocodile or bird watching, or coconut bowling! If you want to adventure a little further afar, you can visit Mayan ruins, or do a tour of Belize city. Or perhaps try cave tubing or scuba diving.
